Plantation Surf Point, Midigama is easy to get to from Gurubebila village on the left of the beachfront road. Plantation Surf Point is a beautiful surf point in the south coast located in Midigama just 0.5km down Rams point. There are three different spots at Plantation close to each other. Its location and natural setup has a wonderful atmosphere between coconut trees and rocks, and this is one point not many miss the opportunity to surf due to its easy accessibility. Locals surf a secret point next to the plantation but both points share the same entry point. The secret point has rocks underneath therefore making it an exclusive point for experienced surfers. You will find locals friendly if you smile and talk with them nicely. Some locals may try to drop in so getting along with them would be the best remedy. While waiting for the waves, you can dive and have a glimpse of the reef and fish. The access to the point is through a small foot bath in between two walls right at the big road bend.
